The Italian Canadian Youth Formation Centre reserves the right to use any photo or video images recorded during the school year including the summer camp. By registering as a student or by registering your children for the language courses, you hereby acknowledge and agree that The Italian Canadian Youth Formation Centre may photograph and/or video you or your children at any event, as well as use the photographs and/or videos in any publication or media for future educational and promotional activities/materials, without further notification or any compensation to you. For example, the selected images may assist in the promotion of future events and may be used in professional displays, advertisements, printed publications, and/or on any of Italian Canadian Youth formation Center’ s websites or other social media. You also acknowledge and agree to waive any right to inspect or approve any digital ID of the Centre, future educational and promotional activities/materials that may include photographs and/or videos of you or your children.

If you do not wish to agree with the aforementioned policy, please send a request in writing, signed and sent to the Centre.
